We are not liable for any damage caused from the improper installation of our products by the recipient.
ORDER AMENDMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS
You may cancel or amend your order within 24 hours of the order placement.
To amend or cancel your order, please us the above form and provide your order number and a statement as to whether you would like to cancel or amend your order.
SHIPPING
Upon payment approval, you will receive an email outlining shipping details and dates.
Orders are shipped according to the details provided by the customer at checkout.
Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your order tracking information.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We reserve the right to refuse any returned item that does not meet our return policies.
If a product is faulty (e.g. light strip does not turn on) please contact us through the above form so we can identity the problem and provide a solution.
All other returns and exchanges are on a case by case basis.
Shipping and insurance costs are non-refundable. We are not responsible for the return shipping cost.
We are not responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen merchandise incurred upon return shipping.
